Who We Are
A small but mighty force located in downtown Hartford. We provide local talent with international reach by putting professional dance at the forefront of Hartford’s artistic innovation district. Partnering with artists and businesses locally, nationally, and worldwide.
What we do
We offer hundreds of creative and arts courses.
We offer a large variety of dance, health and wellness classes and workshops as well as dance, music and to be imagined events. From Tap to FoorBarre Conditioning, to Make Your Own Organic Face Masks, to Dance Out Loud and It’s Raining Men find something to suit your taste, or even better something new to experience. Classes and performances are added to the schedule each month. Purchase a membership and get discounts to a plethora of classes and performances.

With two studios, easy audience flow in an intimate setting, you will find inspiration on the walls, in the corners, and in the people you meet. Plus, we are located in the iconic former GFox building – a beautifully designed Art Deco inspired lobbies and 24/7 security.
